Yes, our minimum order quantity depends on the paper size and type, but most custom orders start at 20K sheets. For large chains or high-volume restaurants, we offer bulk pricing and recurring order programs.

You can upload your logo or design during checkout or send it directly to our team. We accept vector files (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF) for best results. If you don’t have a design, our in-house design team can help create a branded pattern at no extra charge.

Our standard turnaround time is 2–3 weeks after artwork approval. Rush orders may be available depending on the job. All orders are shipped securely to prevent bending, moisture exposure, or damage during transit.
